“This photo provided by Chief of Police of Waycross, Ga., Tony Tanner, Tuesday, April 1, 2008. A group of third-graders plotted to attack their teacher, bringing a broken steak knife, handcuffs, duct tape and other items for the job and assigning children tasks including covering the windows and cleaning up afterward, police said Tuesday. The plot by as many as nine boys and girls at Center Elementary School in south Georgia was a serious threat, Waycross Police Chief Tony Tanner said.”

In 1962 Prayer was removed from school. The problem with this was, not only was prayer removed, but also The Ten Commandments, Moral and Biblically based lesson plans and creation based science lessons. Some children received their only moral training and prayers at school because of a broken home life. The decision to throw prayer out of school did far more damage and is still doing more damage today. It is jokingly said that prayer is still going on in schools because “as long as there are tests their will be prayer.” That is a cute tongue in cheek quip and nice for a little chuckle but when you are done looking at the following statistics you won’t be laughing. I wasn’t…

VERIFIED STATS

• In checking with the SAT Board it was found that indeed the SAT scores for private schools were nearly 100 points higher than public schools.

Suppose events A and B happen at exactly the same time t. Then A must have caused B. No wait, then B must have caused A too. Oh no, they must have caused each other. No wait, that is not causation. Uh oh, logical quagmire.

    1st course in basic logic:

    look into it.

my argument was purely cause and effect if you are going to take it logical follow the rules..Second, certain parts of the sentence must be replaced with schematic letters. Thus, for example, the expression ‘all As are Bs’ shows the logical form which is common to the sentences ‘all men are mortals’, ‘all cats are carnivores’, ‘all Greeks are philosophers’ and so on.

That the concept of form is fundamental to logic was already recognized in ancient times. Aristotle uses variable letters to represent valid inferences in Prior Analytics, leading Jan Łukasiewicz to say that the introduction of variables was ‘one of Aristotle’s greatest inventions’.[10] According to the followers of Aristotle (such as Ammonius), only the logical principles stated in schematic terms belong to logic, and not those given in concrete terms. The concrete terms ‘man’, ‘mortal’, etc., are analogous to the substitution values of the schematic placeholders ‘A’, ‘B’, ‘C’, which were called the ‘matter’ (Greek ‘hyle’) of the inference.

that means go back and clearly define my ” A”, “B”…..
